Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Procedures & Treatments
The desire to have larger, shapelier breasts is a wish held by many women. The best way to achieve a larger, fuller breast is through breast augmentation. Breast augmentation is a procedure by which a small incision is made under the breast and a saline implant is installed underneath the muscle of the chest wall to enlarge the size and change the shape of the breast. After surgery, breasts will appear "fuller" and more shapely in contour. There is minimal scarring and the result will be a very natural looking breast. Breast ReductionFemale breasts are recognized symbols of sexual identity and sexual appeal, but many women find themselves blessed with too much of a good thing. Oversize breasts can draw undue attention, unwanted comments. Large, pendulous breasts may cause a woman to potentially experience various medical problems caused by the excessive weight of the breast tissue. Problems with posture, skeletal deformities, back and neck pain, skin irritations and breathing problems are common with this condition. Bra straps often leave indentations in the shoulder area. Breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) removes fat, glandular tissue, and excessive skin, resulting in smaller, lighter and firmer breasts that are better-shaped in proportion to rest of the body. For
additional information on breast reduction visit: Breast LiftOver time, the effects of gravity along with the loss of the skin's natural elasticity begins to have an effect on the appearance of a woman's breasts. These factors, combined with pregnancies and nursing will often cause the breasts to lose their youthful shape and firmness. A breastlift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. The procedure can also reduce the size of the areola (the darker skin surrounding the nipple). Breast implants inserted in conjunction with a mastopexy procedure can increase both firmness and size. For

Nose Job (Rhinoplasty)
This procedure is done on an outpatient basis under IV sedation. Incisions are made inside the nostrils. The nasal bones, cartilage and soft tissues are reshaped to improve the external contour. Large nostrils may be reduced through tiny incisions at the outer base of the nostrils with either type of rhinoplasty. For

Liposuction
Liposuction is a technique by which fat cells are removed from beneath the skin surface to create a contour change. Liposuction has undergone a tremendous evolution over the past several decades and has become one of the most commonly performed operations for women and men. Liposuction is intended to provide a permanent improvement to the contour and proportion of the treated areas and to offer you a more flattering figure or physique -- in or out of clothing. During this procedure small suction tubes (cannulas) are inserted through very short incisions placed in inconspicuous locations near the fat deposits, and excess fat is removed. For

The procedure creates a refreshed, youthful appearance to the forehead area above the eyes. When performing a forehead lift procedure, muscles and tissue areas that droop or cause creases are removed or corrected to smooth the skin on the forehead to reduce frown lines and raise the eyebrows. There are two surgical methods, and during your initial consultation the procedure that works best for you will be recommended. The first is the most conventional method where a surgical incision is hidden just above the hairline. Browlifts are also performed using an endoscope which enables the procedure to be performed with a minimal number of incisions. While the traditional method can sometimes attain more lift, both methods create smoother, flatter skin on the forehead.

Also
known as "laser peel," laser skin resurfacing usually takes less
than 1½ hours (sometimes just a few minutes) depending on the size of the
area being treated. The procedure uses a carbon dioxide (CO2) laser
beam which vaporizes the upper layers of damaged skin at controlled levels
of penetration. The procedure removes areas of damaged or wrinkled
skin often caused by prolonged sun exposure. Laser resurfacing can
minimize the appearance of fine lines around the mouth and the eyes and is
also effective in treating facial scars and skin areas with uneven
pigmentation.

Generally
referred to as a "tummy tuck", abdominoplasty removes excess fat
skin and from the abdomen. The procedure also helps to flatten the
abdomen by tightening the surrounding muscles. Women with stretched
abdominal areas due to previous pregnancies can benefit considerably from
abdominoplasty, although they should have completed their childbearing.
Older individuals whose skin has lost some its elasticity and are slightly
obese can experience an improvement in their abdominal area.
If you are in generally good physical shape but are concerned about
abdominal fat deposits or loose skin that does not respond to diet and
exercise, the procedure can potentially reduce or even eliminate a
protruding abdomen. Abdominoplasty can produce a permanent scar
which can possibly extend to both sides of your hips, although the scar
will likely be located below the bikini or bathing suit line.

BOTOX®
BOTOX® is a protein that weakens muscles that wrinkle the skin. It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth to reduce "worry lines", "crow's feet" and "frown lines".
The procedure is quick and usually done in an examination room.
Collagen Injections
Collagen is a protein found in the second layer of skin known as the dermis (the first layer is called the epidermis). It is injected under the dermis layer to added fullness to areas of the face such as the lips, cheeks and forehead.
